The photoelectric sampler is an instrument specially used to measure optical pulse signals. Its basic principle is to use photodiodes or photomultiplier tubes to convert optical signals into electrical signals, and then use digital signal processing technology for signal processing and analysis.
It can be interfaced with the electric energy meter calibrator to calibrate the electric energy meter and verify whether the pulse output of the electric energy meter is accurate.
Photoelectric samplers are divided into field type and pole type. The field type is suitable for on-site testing of installed electrical meters, and the pole type is suitable for testing on calibration meters.

1).Placing the scanning head in any position of checked meter dial.
2).Rotating the scanning head,to make the center of three spots aim at checked meter dial or pulse output light of electronic meter.
3).In right state and position,the scanning head will take samples automatically,without manual adjustment.
4).Switching working state: press the red reset button continuously for 1.5 seconds,then switch between manual switch status,mechanical meter status, and electronic meter status.
5).With manual switch function,the active light blinks in the state of manual switch. Pressing the RESET button once will trigger output a pulse.
